Received a damaged product?

We do our best to package all our candles with love and care, but accidents do happen. If your candle arrived broken, please email us directly at kelsey@bobettecandles.co with your order number, name, and photo of the damaged product within 15 days of purchase and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
